Code of Ethics for the Schweisser Team
1. Introduction
The Schweisser Team Code of Ethics is the foundation of our values and principles that guide our behavior and decision-making in all aspects of our work. This code applies to all employees, suppliers and partners of the company and serves as a guide for responsible and ethical conduct.
2. Basic values

3. Behaviour in the workplace
*Respect*: We respect each other, promote diversity and inclusion, and create a welcoming work environment – *Safety and Health*: We comply with all safety regulations and standards and take care of health and safety in the workplace – *Expertise*: We continuously educate ourselves and improve our professional knowledge and skills – *No Conflict of Interest*: We avoid situations that could lead to a conflict of interest.
4. Responsibility towards customers
*Quality of service*: We only provide services that meet or exceed our customers’ expectations – *Transparency*: We provide truthful and clear information about our services, prices and terms – *Respect for confidentiality*: We protect our customers’ confidential information and only use it for the purposes for which it was obtained.
5. Ethics in business relations
– *Honest business practices*: We ensure that all our business practices are legal and ethical – *Responsibility to partners and suppliers*: We treat our partners and suppliers fairly and with respect – *Anti-corruption*: We are committed to zero tolerance for corruption and bribery.
6. Environmental protection

7. Asset protection and asset management
*Responsible use*: we use company assets responsibly and only for the purposes for which they are intended – *Protection of assets*: we protect company assets from loss, theft and misuse.
8. Compliance with laws and regulations
Legal standards*: We comply with all applicable laws, regulations and standards in the area of our business – *Ethical standards*: We are guided not only by the law but also by the ethical standards and principles set out in this Code.
9. Reporting unethical conduct and whistleblower protection
*Reporting violations*: We encourage employees to report any violations of this Code or the law. We are committed to fully protecting whistleblowers from retaliation – *Whistleblowing legislation*: We comply with whistleblower protection legislation at both European and national level, including: – *Directive (EU) 2019/1937* of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of whistleblowers – *Law No. 54/2019 Coll. Protection of whistleblowers*, recently amended by Act No. 189/2023 Coll., which implements EU Directive 2019/1937. – *Whistleblower Protection*: We ensure that those who report unethical behaviour in good faith are protected from retaliation. All reports will be dealt with confidentially and fairly.

10. Final provisions
This Code of Ethics is binding for all employees and partners of the Schweisser Team. We expect all to abide by these principles and contribute to our culture of integrity and ethical behavior. Violations of this Code may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of employment or cooperation.
